rows because it has few outside leaves. Heat resistant plant with a
medium stem. Good for making sauerkraut and farm market sales.

Tightly packed heads are short-cored and average 4-6 lbs. Won't burst.

Well protected heads. Have a good tolerance to cold weather and hold
extremely well. Can be planted in the fall in southern zones for over-wintering and
