Early Flat Dutch (Early)

85-95 days
6-10 lbs, 7" deep, solid, flat heads. Can be set close in rows because it has few outside leaves. Heat resistant plant with a medium stem. Good for making sauerkraut and farm market sales.

Stonehead (Mid)

67 days
Tightly packed heads are short-cored and average 4-6 lbs. Won't burst. Resist yellowing and black rot.

Rio Verde (Late)

92 days
Well protected heads. Have a good tolerance to cold weather and hold extremely well. Can be planted in the fall in southern zones for over-wintering and spring harvest.

Megaton (Late)

105 days
Enormous heads hold well without cracking and have a sweet, mild flavor that is wonderful used in slaw or souerkraut. Good disease resistance.
