An excellent green bell pepper of nice size
and very good yield; a popular old-time variety.
You will be amazed at a new sweet bell pepper that produces delicious, blocky, crisp fruits in five beautiful rainbow colors, all from the same plant! The first fruits to ripen are a glossy black, changing to violet. The violet then changes to a bright yellow, which deepens to orange, and finally the fruits turn bright red when fully mature. These peppers are edible at all stages of development, and you will see all five colors on one plant - a rainbow display that has been possible before only by growing five separate plants!

A light yellow to red pepper, averaging 6.5"x1.5",
with a good, sweet flavor. An early producer and widely adapted.
Cylindrical fruits are of the smaller, traditional size (2-2.5") and have more checking than our hybrids. Earlier but much lower yielding than our hybrids. Small plants. Best for early season plantings for early crops.
